Once an order has entered preparation, fulfillment, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside Perükier's reasonable control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

7. Returns and Refunds

Unless an item is defective, damaged upon receipt, or you receive an incorrect item, all sales are final.

Products that have been opened, worn, styled, cut, colored, washed, altered, customized, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return or refund.

Claims relating to defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
