6. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to: • Product unavailability.

If we are unable to ship within the stated timeline, we will contact you with an updated timeline and any options available, which may include accepting the delay or cancelling the order for a refund where required by law. 

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. 

Perükier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control. 

10. Risk of Loss 

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. Perükier is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address where the address was provided by the customer. 

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Items 

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of wigs, hairpieces, lace products, grooming products, and related accessories, all sales are final unless the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: 

• Change of mind. 
• Incorrect item selected by the customer. 
• Color, tone, texture, size, or style preference. 
• Products that have been opened, worn, handled, altered, styled, cut, washed, brushed, treated, or used. • Products exposed to adhesives, makeup, smoke, fragrance, chemicals, heat tools, or other external substances. To keep standards clear, please review all product details carefully before purchasing. 

12. Defective or Incorrect Items 

If you believe you received a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@perukier.com. 

Please include: 

• Your order number. 
• A clear description of the issue. 
• Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. 

The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. 

If we confirm that the item is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law. 

Defects do not include natural variation in hair color, tone, density, texture, or finish.

Orders may not be cancelled once processing has begun.
